FAQs

When Should I Spray Sahara Dry?

Sahara Dry is best used before you play. If you need to use it in play, the gel is more effective.

What are the Active Ingredients in Sahara Dry?

In Sahara Dry Racket Grip Spray there is Silica and Aluminium. The In Play Gel contains just Silica, but at a higher concentration.

How Much Should I Use?

Depending on how much you sweat, temperature, and length of playing time. For light play 2 sprays on the palms of the hands is enough. If you sweat more, spray the back of the hands, and grip too.

How Long will Sahara Dry Last?

As Sahara Dry is super hydrophobic, it will last until it is removed by contact or with soap and water. It is very difficult to directly contact powder inthe wrinkles of your body, so most users say it lasts a long time. Every person is different, so we cannot state an exact time, but we are confident it will outlast your current product choice, if applied correctly (ie before play)

Where Can I Spray Sahara Dry?

Anywhere apart from near the eyes, mouth, and open wounds. You can use it on hands, arms, and racket grips. If you use it on towels, it will stop liquid entering the towel and have an opposite effect.

Is Sahara Dry Safe on Rackets & Grips?

Sahara Dry is safe as Silica is inert and aluminium does not corrode graphite. If used on the grip then you should wipe with soap and water after play. If you use overgrips then do the same.

Why is Sahara Dry not available in my Country?

Sahara Dry is alcohol based liquid so international freight is more difficult than other products. We work with distributors and retailers in countries across the globe, delivering in bulk so they can send in country. Please approach retailers in your country and ask them to stock it, or order in bulk to make delivery cost effective. Contact us directly and we will try our best.
